Data disclaimers

  • DOT Intel is built on public-record FMCSA and related filing data.
  • Market and insurer figures are carrier-of-record filing share (carrier counts from FMCSA filings) — not premium share, loss ratio, or profitability.
  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or inaccurate. Verify directly with the carrier, insurer, and FMCSA before relying on it.
  • Nothing in the platform is legal, underwriting, safety, financial, or compliance advice.
  • Nothing in the platform is a guarantee of insurability, safety, solvency, payment, coverage, or authority.
  • DOT Intel is not an underwriting-decision engine.

Scoring & model disclaimers

  • Scores and signals are a directional prioritization signal only.
  • They support sales, underwriting-support, prospecting, and operations workflows — they do not replace professional judgment.
  • Exact scoring weights and thresholds are proprietary and subject to change.
  • Scores are not a guarantee of claims outcome, profitability, or risk quality.
  • Scores are not a federal safety rating — FMCSA SMS/BASIC measures remain the authoritative public safety signals.
  • Estimated renewal windows are model-derived from observed insurance effective dates. They are not confirmed policy expiration dates and are not provided by FMCSA.

Contact-data & credit-use disclaimers

  • Credits unlock available contact information; some records have no contact data on file.
  • Do-not-resell and compliance restrictions can block an unlock even when you hold credits.
  • A duplicate unlock or report for the same carrier does not double-charge.
  • You must comply with applicable outreach, privacy, and anti-spam laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and the federal Do-Not-Call Registry where applicable), and accept the buyer attestation before unlocking.

Beta pricing disclaimers

  • DOT Intel is offered as a paid beta. The paid rail is prepaid one-time credit packs; credits do not expire.
  • Prices and packaging may change before public launch.
  • Bulk / list export is not self-serve during beta.

These disclaimers sit under the Seven16 Group master Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict, the master documents control. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
