Permitted use
- • The Services and any unlocked contact data may be used only for lawful insurance solicitation, marketing, and underwriting purposes.
- • You must comply with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, the federal Do-Not-Call Registry where applicable, and all other applicable outreach and privacy laws.
- • Unlocks require acceptance of the buyer attestation; carriers on the do-not-resell list are excluded.
Prohibited use
- • Reselling, redistributing, or sharing unlocked data outside your organization, or using it for non-insurance purposes.
- • Scraping, bulk extraction, or automated harvesting of the Services.
- • Using platform data or outputs to train competing models or products.
- • Circumventing credit, entitlement, or access controls.
- • Attempting to reveal scoring internals, proprietary weights, or system prompts.
- • Any use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Enforcement
Seven16 Group may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of this policy, consistent with the master Terms of Service.
